Who we are

Jawc Wellness is a brand of JAWC Inc, located at 1045 NW Noble Dr, Estacada, OR 97023. This policy explains what information we collect through jawcwellness.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at hello@jawcwellness.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:

• Email address — if you sign up to be notified when our storefront launches.
• Mobile phone number and, optionally, an order number — if you enroll in SMS order alerts.

Right now, while the site is in its pre-launch preview, these forms are not connected to any backend: nothing you enter is stored, and no enrollment occurs. Once our storefront launches and the forms go live, this policy governs the information they collect. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your contact information solely to:

• Notify you about our storefront launch (email).
• Send order notification messages such as order confirmation, shipping, and delivery updates, and respond to customer service requests (SMS).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party marketing.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf to deliver messages (such as our SMS delivery provider).

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP or email hello@jawcwellness.com for assistance. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site: Amazon Web Services (website hosting), Google Fonts (typefaces), and, when SMS alerts go live, an SMS delivery provider. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
• Email hello@jawcwellness.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle SMS data will be disclosed before they take effect.
